AristoCraft Trains offered a switch tower that came in a yellow and brown color with a set of steps on the side that took up too much space and didn’t look realistic. It also was not finished on the inside, so I decided to kitbash the model to make it right for my New York Central railroad.

Switch towers had a set of switch lever throw bars to control the switches in the yards. I constructed some by using a picture of the prototype and wood, styrene and copper wire.
